★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No puedo opinar de sus clases pero su servicio de ventas es pésimo tengo mas de una semana pidiendo informes por instagram y no más no dan una además por si piensas que es mejor hablar pues no contesta nadie no por teléfono ni por correo de verdad si sus clases es como su atención al cliente están fatales.
I can not comment on their classes but their sales service is terrible I have more than a week asking for reports on instagram and no more they do not give one also in case you think it is better to talk because no one answers not by phone or by mail if their Classes is like their customer service are fatal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fue la primera escuela de gastronomía que me intereso para hacer mis carreras pero no me aceptaron por la razon que tengo discapacidades , paso el tiempo y encontro mi mamá una escuela que me aceptaron ,tome las dos carreras y tome un diplomado de especialista de alimentos y bebidas y servicio a comensales estoy contenta que tengo papeles oficiales de la sep , regrese a mariano moreno me intereso el primer diplomado de panaderia y pasteleria avanzada la verdad me aceptaron por la razon que se creen de alta gama que la competencia pero prefiero los chefs de la competencia ellos explican con mas detalle y dan papel de la sep , espero que les sirva mi experiencia .
It was the first gastronomy school that interested me to do my careers but they did not accept me for the reason that I have disabilities, time passed and my mother found a school that accepted me, I took both careers and took a food specialist diploma and Drinks and service to diners I am happy that I have official papers from the sep, I returned to Mariano Moreno I was interested in the first advanced bakery and pastry diploma course, the truth is that they accepted me for the reason that they believe they are high-end than the competition but I prefer chefs from the competition they explain in more detail and give paper of the sep, I hope my experience will serve them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedí mi reembolso por que no me interesan las clases a distancia comentaron que regresarían el 21 de Septiembre del 2020 de forma presencial y ya pasó más de un mes y no me regresan mi dinero según se equivocaron de banco claro que lo justifican porque no les dan la Autorización. Pero aparte que me van a quitar un el 20% de lo que pagué la atención de la persona llamada Yair es pésima a todo dice que si y no hace nada y de mala educación.
I asked for my refund because I am not interested in distance classes, they commented that they would return on September 21, 2020 in person and it has been more than a month and they do not return my money as they were wrong bank of course they justify it because they do not give them the Authorization. But apart from the fact that they are going to take 20% of what I paid, the attention of the person called Yair is terrible at everything he says yes and does nothing and rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Junto con mi padre, nos inscribimos en un curso para aprender a realizar antojitos mexicanos. Conforme se acercaba la fecha no recibíamos ningún informe adicional y al llegar la fecha y volver a confirmar nos avisan que se canceló. Sin ningún motivo ni aviso previo,ahora estamos en un proceso de casi dos meses para lograr obtener el reembolso del mismo,batallando con la burocracia administrativo del lugar.
Together with my father, we enrolled in a course to learn how to make Mexican snacks. As the date approached, we did not receive any additional report and when the date arrived and reconfirmed we were notified that it was canceled. Without any reason or prior notice, we are now in a process of almost two months to obtain a refund of the same, battling with the administrative bureaucracy of the place.
