A	Alma P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al entrar, una señora me dijo de muy mala forma, que no me podía vender (ni siquiera preguntó si era mayorista o no), que ahí sólo era mayoreo, que no vendía menudeo. Me sacó de onda porque había dos personas (orientales) más comprando sólo dos cosas. Mejor que que diga que sólo vende a orientales. Una experiencia muy mala, pero peor fue la forma tan grosera en qué la señora se dirigió a mí. Upon entering, a lady told me in a very bad way, that she could not sell me (she did not even ask if I was a wholesaler or not), that there it was only wholesale, that she did not sell retail. It got me out of the loop because there were two more (oriental) people buying only two things. Better than say that he only sells to orientals. A very bad experience, but worse was the rude way in which the lady addressed me.

Interesante ser corridos de una tienda que está en México, primera experiencia y habla mal de ellos. La sociedad ya ha estado mejorando bastante como para que sigan con racismo y clasismo. Sus vidas personales no deberían tener influencia en su trato a personas (mexicanas al parecer). Decepción. Valoración real: 0/5 Unfriendly, inhuman, rude. The lady there did not want to attend us, she denied us everything in a very bad way. There were two Orientals also who were consuming. Interesting to be run from a store that is in Mexico, first experience and speak ill of them. Society has already been improving enough for them to continue with racism and classism. Pero hoy me negaron la entrada diciendo que es solo una bodega, dije que antes podía hacerlo en esta sucursal y me dijeron que no de una manera muy grosera. He presentado un informe al SAT porque no emiten boleto y factura y también lo denuncié a PROFECO. Las empresas chinas como estas no deberían ser admitidas en México si discriminan la gente que vive aquí. I have bought it at the Av Americas branch before and when they closed, I bought it at this branch. But today I was denied entry saying that it is just a winery, I said that before I could do it in this branch and they told me no in a very rude way. I have submitted a report to the SAT because they do not issue a ticket and invoice and I also reported it to PROFECO. Chinese companies like these should not be admitted to Mexico if they discriminate against the people who live here.

Nunca he ido a un lugar con servicio al cliente tan malo como este. Actitud horrenda la de la señora. The lady who attends is quite rude to the point of yelling. Not knowing Spanish is no excuse to yell at people and treat them in a bad way. I have never been to a place with customer service as bad as this. Horrendous attitude of the lady.
