SuperShuttle - 77500 Cancún

Most disorganized system ever. Waiting in the rain. People walked past us. Waiting 15 min in between shuttles. Meanwhile they have dudes just hanging out sipping drinks in the shuttle while customers are waiting 30 + minutes

There was an issue finding our driver in Cancun on July 15th, 2021. I don't think he was waiting for us in the usual greeting area like the other drivers upon our arrival. We played phone tag, not fun when it's an international call and eventually after about 15 minutes we found each other and were on our way. The trip was quick and uneventful after that.

We waited between 45 min to an hour for our shuttle once we arrived to cancun airport standing around in the HEAT. They provided very little detail/ direction on how to find them after being bombarded by multiple taxi cab drivers and shuttle services. When they finally arrived we shared a ride with another couple and another traveler knowing we would have to be on board with the individuals for another 2hrs ride to Tulum. The driver then proceeded to make a stop on our drive down after he dropped off the europeans 45minutes into the ride without making us aware of the stop or even asking for permission. On our way back to the airport it was even worse the driver took some weird backroad to get the Main Street ( as you can imagine we were terrified). He appeared to be lost at some point and eventually found his way. We nearly missed our flight as we had to pick up 2 other couples. We skipped breakfast because we had to be in the shuttle by 6:45am and dud not arrive to the airport until 10am. Yes, WE WERE LIVID!!! NEVER AGAIN SUPER SHUTTLE!!!

IF YOU ENJOY LATE ARRIVAL OR MISSING YOUR FLIGHT, SUPER SHUTTLE (CANCÚN) IS THE SERVICE FOR YOU! After reading other (yelp) reviews, I now realize that Super Shuttle not showing up for return trips is common. Regular Taxi services average $10 USD per person (much less expensive in our case) Super Shuttle charged us $125 USD round trip for 4 people from Airport to/from Ferry Boat Super Shuttle review.. Accountability - 0 Stars Price - 0 Stars Communication - 0 Stars ( this is not due to language barrier) After asking 3 employees standing 2 feet away from each other, the exact same question individually, they had 3 entirely different answers. ? This was also the case when calling customer service to confirm the night before our return trip, then again when calling to question why our shuttle service hadn’t arrived. Shame on Super Shuttle Cancún for aggressive soliciting at the airport, overcharging, not communicating what is/is not included to reach the final destination, then not honoring your agreement leaving prepaid customers stranded and in panic to find and pay for another service.

Too many people outside offering rides but I couldn’t find an open stand where you can buy tickets or pay for the ride

I had a good experience with them to be honest I read all the reviews and comments and started to worry about my trip and started to find other option if they didn’t appear But it was good experience I booked a roundtrip from airport to the resort and from the resort to airport The 4 stars is because i waited too much in the line waiting for the bus to arrive and pick me up It was too hot and i had to wait for almost 30-40 min waiting for it And non of the representatives spoke to me and they didn’t take any action until i went to one of them and told him its been a while On my way to the airport in the return , they -surprisingly - appeared on time and waited for me I was worried but the appeared. In my next time to Cancun i think I will use them again

Do not use this service!! I prepaid at the airport and they charged me double and tried to say it was charged 100$MEX when it was charged USD on my credit card... Then when I mentioned something, they tried to jip me in the refund. I have yet to receive any refund even though I was promised it. Terrible service.

Nice clean air conditioned shuttle. No wait at all. Booked a round trip off Expedia for only $16 usd they picked me up on time from my hotel coming back an when I switched my hotel pick up location and time it was no problem what so ever. The only hassle is you have to confirm your shuttle the day before but I had to update my pick up so it worked out anyway .. and it also takes a while to get threw to them. Had to call Expedia to do it for me. All an all I would use them again.
