El cajero le quedó a deber cambio porque “no tenía “. Compré un producto y me dio mi cambio, volteó el Cajero y le dice a mi amigo “ahí que te de el cambio tu amigo” que tipo de negocio es este ?!
Terrible customer treatment. I went with a friend to buy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad nnunca he tenido problemas viniendo a esta sucursal. Obviamente procuro asegurar mi visita, preguntando por chat o marcando por teléfono. La señora que atiende es muy amable. Solo aceptan efectivo por alguna extraña razon. deberian de mejorar ese rollo o hacer menos evidente la laundry machine!
I have never had any problems coming to this branch. Obviously I try to secure my visit, asking for chat or dialing by phone. The lady who attends is very kind. They only accept cash for some strange reason. They should improve that roll or make the laundry machine less obvious!

Cons: 2 visitas son necesarias, la primera para pedir tu producto dejando un pago adelantado y la segunda para recogerlo.
Poco inventario en tienda física (es amplio cuando se hace el pedido y luego se recoge)
no hay teléfono ni forma de comprobar pago, pero no tuve ningún problema porque me entregaron bien los productos

Su catálogo local es corto, aunque cuenta con otras sucursales en la ciudad.Si viajas en Transporte público puedes llegar desde la estación del metro simón Bolivar..queda a 5 minutos .
