★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La oficialia de partes de los juzgados penales de Ciudad Victoria, Tamaulipas, no están recibiendo promociones escritas, ni tampoco nos esta recibiendo el Juez, en donde solicitamos se nos nombre defensa para pagar sentencias y/o caucion, dentro de los expedientes números 235/2015, 137/2013, 578/1995, todos del juzgado segundo penal. así como del expediente 224/1999. para quedar en libertad, ya que se ejecuto en contra del sentenciado orden de aprehensión, pero no podemos accesar al juzgado. ni a checar, expedientes, ni a pagar sentencias, ni a pagar caucion. Y por lo tanto la persona, se encuentra privada de libertad , pudiendo pagar.... pero todo esta cerrado.... nadie quiere recibir promociones, mucho menos pagos de sentencias judiciales. Alguien me podría indicar cual es el camino a seguir, para evitar que el sentenciado continue en prisión????, Ya fui a Tribunal, dijeron que por medio de sistema electrónico, y el sistema electrónico no me da la opción, porque no estamos dados de alta como defensas. Fui al penal, y no se me quizo recibir la promocion en oficialia de partes, y en el juzgado no quieren recibirnos con motivo del covid-19. Que hago.... cual es el pasi a seguir........

What do I do ... what is the step to follow ........
