★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal es muy amable y paciente. Te explican con detalle todo lo que tienes que hacer para realizar cada tipo de trámite.
Los tiempos de respuesta de los trámites, aunque no dependen directamente de la sucursal, son cortos. Por lo que considero que es una excelente opción de AFORE.
En cuanto al lugar es pequeño y cuenta con solo 3 ejecutivos de atención, por lo que en ocasiones puede ser una espera larga.
The staff is very friendly and patient. They explain in detail everything you have to do to perform each type of procedure.
The response times of the procedures, although not directly dependent on the branch, are short. For what I consider to be an excellent AFORE option.
As for the place it is small and has only 3 service executives, so sometimes it can be a long wait.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy bien ?.. con cita es ama rápido yo llegue y me atendiero de inmediato, lo malo es al gente sin cita y que va esperaron mucho por los que ya teníamos cita ... Las señoritas que me atendieron muy hamables el trámite un poco tedioso pero hizo lo posible para que fuera lo más rápido
Very good ? .. by appointment is love quickly, I arrive and take care of myself immediately, the bad thing is the people without an appointment and who go they waited a lot for those who already had an appointment ... The ladies who attended me very kind the procedure a little tedious but tried his best to make it as fast

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio con esta afore. Un tramite relativamente rápido lo retrasaron un mes. Como cliente no puedes hacer nada.
Mejor buscar una mejor opción de afore.
Terrible service with this afore. A relatively quick process delayed it a month. As a customer you cannot do anything.
Better to look for a better afore option.

Very incomplete, to request withdrawals it takes or does not proceed, but to capture $ or savings immediately. You have no options to check the date of the last withdrawal x unemployment you did. I don't like it
