★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No te ayudan con la documentación aún cuando la tienen que digitalizar si la llevas en USB no la aceptan, tienes que llevar impreso y original de mucha de la documentación, muy pocas citas al día por lo que tienes que reagendar como a las 3 semanas
They do not help you with the documentation even when they have to digitize it if you carry it in USB they do not accept it, you have to carry a printed and original of much of the documentation, very few appointments a day so you have to reschedule about 3 weeks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio.. Me negaron a recibirme y atenderme.. Me estrellaron la puerta en la cara diciendo que teníamos que sacar cita por internet o por whatsapp y estuve horas intentando agendar una cita y el sistema amas me lo permitió. ??
Terrible service .. They refused to receive me and attend to me .. They smashed the door in my face saying that we had to make an appointment online or by WhatsApp and I spent hours trying to schedule an appointment and the love system allowed me to do so. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hasta el momento...pesimo servicio. He solicitado cita para acudir a sus oficinas para obtener informacion sobre traspaso de mi afore y sabe si proporcionan asesoria permanente. No entiendo por que la tienen entre las mejores????
So far ... lousy service. I have requested an appointment to go to their offices to obtain information on the transfer of my afore and know if they provide permanent advice. I do not understand why they have it among the best ????
