★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad, no puedo decir cosas muy positivas al menos en mi experiencia, la señorita que atiende en Sura calzada del hueso muy amable pero al menos mi trámite me comenta que ella no lo puede realizar que es por teléfono. Y no es la primera vez que ese trámite ya me tardo más de 6 meses y más los meses que me faltan porque no me pueden atender nada bien y creo que es algo pesado. Ya que también fui a Sura a la sucursal que está en patriotismo y lo mismo la atención al menos con la muchacha no me explico nada bien, y no había gente atendiendo.
The truth is, I can't say very positive things at least in my experience, the lady who attends Sura Calzada del Bone very kind but at least my procedure tells me that she can't do it because it's by phone. And it is not the first time that this procedure has already taken me more than 6 months and more the months that are missing because they cannot attend to me well at all and I think it is something heavy. Since I also went to Sura to the branch that is in patriotism and the attention was the same, at least with the girl, I did not explain myself very well, and there were no people attending.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi experiencia fue muy buena en lo personal, llevaba los requisitos que me indicaron por correo, el asesor que me atendió por medio de las pantallas en las que realizas tu trámite era de excelencia y resolvió todas mis dudas, se llamaba José Luis y era súperamable. Me fui tranquila y contenta de haber recibido una atención muy ágil y amable tanto remota como personalmente. Les recomiendo muchísimo que no dejen el tema de su Afore para los momentos difíciles, sino que estén al día desde la actualización de sus datos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recibí buena atención por parte del personal. Para hacer traspaso de tu Afore a Afore Sura no hay que hacer cita. Solamente presentarte con tu INE, NSS, un comprobante de domicilio y de preferencia un estado de cuenta de tu Afore. Es mejor ir temprano ya que después de las 12 está más concurrido. Una vez siendo cliente, deberás agendar cita para realizar cualquier trámite.
I received good care from the staff. To transfer your Afore to Afore Sura, you do not have to make an appointment. Just show up with your INE, NSS, proof of address and preferably an account statement from your Afore. It is better to go early as after 12 it is more crowded. Once you are a client, you must schedule an appointment to carry out any procedure.
