★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marque para preguntar a que hora cerraban, y su contestación fue: ¿Para que quiere saber eso? jajajaj pues no ha de ser para ir a visitarla y llevarle un cafecito nmsss pésimo servicio te contestan de mala gana, el servicio es pésimo y ni están abiertas las oficinas, definitivamente me cambiaria de seguro.
I checked to ask what time they closed, and her answer was: Why do you want to know that? hahaha then it shouldn't be to go visit her and bring her a little coffee nmsss lousy service they answer you reluctantly, the service is lousy and the offices are not even open, I would definitely change for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicios muy lentos, todo es vía online, y hay 4 personas y no te atiende ni uno, supuestamente no hay sistema o tiene intermitentes el sistema, estoy aquí precisamente ahora son las 13:14 y llegue desde las 11:30 y va para 2 horas, en cuanto pueda me largo de esta afore a banco azteca, ahí si te atienden rápido y eficiente, es increíble como puede ser que son como 6 personas y nadie hace nada... es increíble por favor no se cambien a sura. Es un calvario solo me van a cambiar datos personales para pedir una ayuda de matrimonio, y está pésimo el servicio... no caigan en las manos de esta empresa... auxilio!!!!
Very slow services, everything is online, and there are 4 people and not one of them attends you, supposedly there is no system or the system has intermittent, I am here precisely now it is 1:14 pm and I arrive from 11:30 and it goes for 2 hours, as soon as I can, I get out of this afore to Banco Azteca, there if they serve you quickly and efficiently, it is incredible how it can be that there are like 6 people and nobody does anything ... it is incredible please do not change to sura. It is an ordeal, they are only going to change my personal information to ask for a marriage aid, and the service is terrible ... do not fall into the hands of this company ... help !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buena atención te piden llegar 15 minutos de anticipación pero atienden desde las 8:40 con cita, las chicas de recepción son muy amables aunque no permiten la estancia en el edificio.
Recuerden las medidas de prevención y no llevar acompañantes.
Very good attention they ask you to arrive 15 minutes in advance but they attend from 8:40 by appointment, the reception girls are very friendly although they do not allow you to stay in the building.

LA VERDAD NO SE ME HACE JUSTO EL SERVICIO TAN PÉSIMO QUE OTORGAN EN SURA...
En lo particular yo le pondría de nombre "BAAAA-SURA" porque no se le puede llamar mejor a una dependencia llena de ?♂️?♂️CORRUPCIÓN?♂️?♂️.
Terrible service, I was not attended to because of the fayas of their digital readers and to top it all they do not solve my procedure and the worst thing is that ??? they made me sign all my paperwork and so that at last they told me WE CANNOT COME ANOTHER DAY ? ?????? THE TRUTH DOESN'T MAKE ME FAIR THE SERVICE THAT THEY GIVE IN SURA ...
In particular, I would name it "BAAAA-SURA" because it cannot be better called a dependency full of ?♂️?♂️CORRUPTION?♂️?♂️.
