★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una lastima que la empresa sea redituable en el manejo de las afores porque la actitud de las señoritas de este módulo son verdaderamente deplorable nefasta con aires de prepotencia...... Tres Viajes de Matamoros a Reynosa para hacer un solo trámite....y en la última cita agendada a las 4 de la tarde, son casi las 5 y todavía no me pueden atender.
It is a pity that the company is profitable in the management of the Afores because the attitude of the ladies in this module is truly deplorable disastrous with an air of arrogance ...... Three Trips from Matamoros to Reynosa to carry out a single procedure .. ..and in the last appointment scheduled at 4 in the afternoon, it is almost 5 and they still cannot attend me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca he podido tener respuesta o solución a cualquier asunto relacionado con el servicio que solicito. Nunca pedí esta Afore, ya no hay mínimo interés al cliente, todo es virtualmente cuando se busca y dificulta la atención personalizada.
I have never been able to have an answer or solution to any matter related to the service I request. I never asked for this Afore, there is no minimum interest to the client, everything is virtually when it is sought and makes personalized attention difficult.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ estoy afuera de la sucursal Plaza Soles, la sucursal esta cerrada pero esta el personal adentro! tan solo me asomo a la ventana, y cierran la puerta de la oficina, como si se estuvieran escondiendo para no atender!
I am outside the Plaza Soles branch, the branch is closed but the staff is inside! I just look out the window, and they close the office door, as if they were hiding so as not to attend!
