★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tiene buenas instalaciones, y organización, las ejecutivas que atienden son muy amables, las personas que te reciben en la puerta bastantes antipático y grosero, no toman en cuenta que van en su mayoría personas de la tercera edad, y deben entrar solos,me parece que deberían tener más conciencia de que algunos necesitan apoyo de alguien que los acompañe.
 It has good facilities, and organization, the executives who attend are very friendly, the people who greet you at the door are quite unfriendly and rude, they do not take into account that they are mostly elderly people, and they must enter alone, it seems to me that they should be more aware that some need the support of someone who accompanies them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SURA no tiene por qué desviar tus recursos si no has dado autorización, para el retiro de la cesantía y vejez. Que el IMSS les solicita lo que a través de una larga historia de trabajo hemos ahorrado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No pudieron atender mi solicitud porque "su sistema tiene fallas desde la semana pasada", cómo es posible que trabajen de esta forma? Con lo complicado que es sacar una cita y acudir a esta para que salgan con eso!!! Pésimo servicio interno, ya que según los asesores han solicitado apoyo y su área operativa no les indica tiempo de respuesta. Y muy mal para nosotros como clientes.
They could not meet my request because "your system has faults since last week", how is it possible that they work in this way? With how complicated it is to make an appointment and go to this one so that they come out with that !!! Terrible internal service, since according to the advisers they have requested support and their operational area does not indicate response time. And very bad for us as customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las instalaciones son muy bonitas y el lugar se ve muy limpio, tenía cita y me atendieron de inmediato, por #Covid19 al ingresar te hacen un cuestionario y te checan temperatura y te proporcionan gel, el motivo de mi calificación es por que tuve que ser atendida en un kiosko por videollamada con un asesor y no me agrado tener que estar tocando la pantalla y los audífonos (que por cierto no se veían en buen estado) ya que uno como usuario no tiene la certeza de que fueron sanitizados.
The facilities are very nice and the place looks very clean, I had an appointment and they attended to me immediately, for # Covid19 when you enter they make you a questionnaire and they check your temperature and they provide you with gel, the reason for my rating is because I had to be Attended in a kiosk by video call with an advisor and I did not like having to touch the screen and the headphones (which by the way did not look in good condition) since one as a user is not sure that they were sanitized.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buena atención, llegué sin cita y salí muy rápido. Si eres cliente recomiendo hacer cita para no hacer fila. Si vas sin cita les recomiendo llegar a las 8:00 am. Llevar su INE y de memoria su Numero de Seguridad Social.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi trámite se realizó muy rápido el mismo día pude arreglar todo, claro esto es llevando toda la documentación que te piden cuando sacas tu cita, la atención es excelente y los ejecutivos te dan un excelente servicio.
