La sucursal se encontraba cerrada aún teniendo información con horario de oficina que permanecía abierto, dure 2 horas esperando haber si abrían y nada. De verdad espero solucionen esta problemática ya que muchos venimos de fuera y no hay nadie que se haga responsable. Terrible service, I arrived with an appointment and they did NOT attend me. The branch was closed even having information with office hours that it remained open, I spent 2 hours waiting to see if they opened and nothing. I really hope they solve this problem since many of us come from abroad and there is no one who is responsible.
