Aun teniendo cita no te atienden a tu hora, me tardaron en pasar casi una hora despues, y sus tabletas se traban a cada rato lo que hace que te tardes más haciendo tu registro. No tienen suficiente personal, son 6 módulos y solo están disponibles 3

Pocos empleados para atender, tarde 3 y media horas en un tramite sencillo. Saquen cita o lleguen muy temprano.

1.hice lo que seme indicó x el menú del tel.mi esposa se presentó en la sucursal de Gustavo baz,que por cierto me queda muy lejos solo para que ni siquiera la dejaran pasar y le dijo la srta,que todo era con cita hágame favor ir tan lejos para eso ahora dígame como sacamos cita para mi y muchos que tenemos nuestros ahorros con ustedes esta atención deja mucho que desear mi esposa tiene muy poco ahorrado pero necesitamos un apoyo que x ley lo podemos hacer y por ley ustedes nos deben brindar una buena y clara atención

Fui a actualizar mis datos ,ya tenía la cita que hice por medio de la página y no había más que tres personas ,tal vez porque fui Temprano a las 9 de la mañana,pero me atendieron rápido aunque ya ese trámite lo hice por videollamada ahí en la sucursal ,pero me atendieron muy bien y rápido.yo creo es mejor ir temprano y ya con una cita para no tener que esperar tanto en caso de que haya gente.

Lamentablemente aquí no te respetan la cita, mi cita era 11:20 am y me dice la señorita del mostrador que tienen a dos personas atendiendo a 5 citas por cada horario, es decir, en el horario de las 11:20 tienen 5 citas que atender y solo 2 personas que lo hacen, evidentemente hay citas retrasadas y esto nos hace perder el tiempo; como nos paga la empresa Sura este tiempo perdido?, recordemos que nosotros tenemos invertido nuestro dinero en ustedes.... Que harán para que no vuelva a pasar esto con ningún inversionista de nuestro tipo??
