★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hacen buen trabajo pero son muuuy lentos, lleve mi coche un lunes, me dijeron que lo tenían el jueves de esa semana pero me lo entregaron hasta el siguiente lunes. Uno llama para preguntar en qué va el carro y nunca contestan, ojalá mejoren el servicio al cliente en ese aspecto.
They do a good job but they are sooo slow, I took my car on a Monday, they told me they had it on Thursday of that week but they gave it to me until the following Monday. One calls to ask what the car is doing and they never answer, hopefully they improve the customer service in that aspect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No toman la importancia al vehículo , uno tiene que estar insistiendo a su aseguradora, de lo contrario no te proporcionan información. Supongo que la adquisición de las piezas será muy tardada.
Cuando me entregaron mi vehículo 6 meses después le faltaban piezas originales a lo que bmw comento que la aseguradora lo mando a un taller no autorizado(probablemente el taller realice practicas ilícitas)
They do not take the importance of the vehicle, one has to be insisting on their insurer, otherwise they do not provide you with information. I suppose that the acquisition of the pieces will be very slow.
When my vehicle was delivered to me 6 months later, original parts were missing, to which bmw commented that the insurer sent it to an unauthorized workshop (the workshop will probably carry out illegal practices)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuve una experiencia no muy agradable,llevé mi vehiculo a servicio y cuando me lo entregaron no le habian hecho el cambio de filtro de aire ni la rotación de llantas, al final de cuentas se aclaró la situacion y solventaron los detalles, sugerencia, no se confien del trabajo qie hacen,siempre revisen a detalle.

I had a not very pleasant experience, I took my vehicle to service and when they delivered it they had not made the change of air filter or the rotation of tires, at the end of the day the situation was clarified and the details were solved, suggestion, I did not know trust the work you do, always review in detail.
