S	Sergio Márquez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 20 minutos en llamada y contando, solo para confirmar orden de reparación y nadie atiende. Nunca contestan el teléfono, o lo que es más molesto, se avientan la bolita de que te van a transferir y después de 8 o 10 minutos en espera te cuelgan. Otras veces te contestan de inmediato pero solo para colgar y descolgar para que no les moleste el ruido. Tengo ya más de 1 mes con equipo ahí para diagnóstico y las únicas actualizaciones que he recibido han sido porque voy en persona al mostrador a anotar en un papel y pluma los diagnósticos. Ahora sigo en línea para confirmar los diagnósticos y no hay respuesta. Incluso en mostrador me ha tocado varias veces estar presente en espera a ser atendido mientras no hay gente, los teléfonos suenan y los empleados platicando y riendo. La verdad que el centro de servicio es relativamente bueno pero las personas en mostrador que reciben y gestionan no son suficientes o aptos y por la calidad en las demás áreas creo que deberían de poner extra atención en esto para poder ser la diferencia. 20 minutes on call and counting, just to confirm repair order and no one answers. They never answer the phone, or what is more annoying, they throw the ball that they are going to transfer you and after 8 or 10 minutes of waiting they hang up on you. Other times they answer you immediately but only to hang up and pick up so that the noise does not bother them. I have already more than 1 month with equipment there for diagnosis and the only updates I have received have been because I go in person to the counter to write down the diagnoses on a paper and pen. Now I am still online to confirm the diagnoses and there is no response. Even at the counter I have had to be present several times waiting to be attended while there are no people, the phones ring and the employees talking and laughing. The truth is that the service center is relatively good, but the people at the reception desk who receive and manage it are not enough or suitable and because of the quality in the other areas, I think they should pay extra attention to this in order to make a difference.
