Con una gama bastante respetable en cuanto a calidades, puedes encontrar 2 o 3 marcas de lo económico a lo profesional.
Mi elección natural es Tramontina, que oscila entre los mencionados estratos. Sirve con creces, en casa y no deja nada mal, a nivel de una cocina de negocio.
Compré a un excelente precio un santoku de 6" y un afilador, a un inmejorable precio.

My natural choice is Tramontina, which ranges between the aforementioned strata. Serve well, at home and leave nothing wrong, at the level of a business kitchen.
I bought a 6 "santoku and a sharpener at a great price, at an unbeatable price.
