★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, te atienden de mala gana. La comida además de tardada, horrible! Antes servían mejor.
Pedí aderezo de chipotle (que antes regalaban) y me dan un botecito mal servido y cuando les pedí más, me cobraron adicional ($5) por otro botecito todavía más vacío que el primero.
 Terrible attention, they serve you reluctantly. The food besides being slow, horrible! Before they served better.
I asked for chipotle dressing (which they used to give away) and they give me a poorly served bottle and when I asked for more, they charged me additional ($ 5) for another bottle even more empty than the first.

Terrible service, they do not have enough staff in the kitchen, they ALWAYS tell you that the waiting time is one hour for 1 sushi, they should hire more staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen un servicio extremadamente lento, les hace falta mucho eficientar esta parte. Para una ensalada, tienes que esperar por lo menos 30 minutos, cuando se supone que es comida rápida, hay solo una persona preparando ensaladas para las filas que se hacen.
They have an extremely slow service, they need a lot of efficiency in this part. For a salad, you have to wait at least 30 minutes, when it's supposed to be fast food, there's only one person preparing salads for the queues.

It took a little longer than they said to deliver the food, but nothing exaggerated. The food very good and in excellent presentation and the service of the very friendly staff. I recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ es un lugar del que se espera un buen servicio (de comida porque servicio cliente si es bueno) pero fue decepcion. espero puedan mejorar en la calidad y porciones de ingredientes porque no cuadra esa cantidad de fritura.
It is a place from which a good service is expected (from food because customer service is good) but it was disappointing. I hope they can improve the quality and portions of ingredients because that amount of frying does not add up.
