★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es exactamente el mismo lugar que Sushi SAM; hasta las fotos y la carta coinciden, y cambiar el nombre no cambia los siguientes hechos;
Exigentes; absténgase.
Esperaba encontrar aquí mi nuevo restaurante favorito, pero simplemente no pasó.
Lo bueno:
+ La calidad de los ingredientes es buena (aquí no está el problema).
+ El servicio me tocó muy amable y atento.
+ Excelente tiempo de atención.
+ Apariencia sencilla pero limpia y agradable.
Lo malo:
- Parecería que les duele cada gramo y grano que gastan:
* Sushi de 2x1 pero el tamaño es de media orden; esto no se dice no se avisa en ningún lado o uno evitaría el 2x1.
* El calpis sabe dulce y no ácido cómo debería; me hace pensar que pusieron muy poco concentrado y lo endulzaron.
* Kushiague se frió en aceite frío; sabe más a grasa y le falta más está crujiente.
- El sushi de 2x1 tiene muy poco arroz; esto se siente más como una estrategia para vender más y no un balance de sabor.
Si realmente es problema de utilidades, Sería muy fácil agregar 3 a 5 pesos por plato y usar los recursos necesarios para hacer de este un Gran lugar, solo falta querer.

The good:
+ The quality of ingredients is good (here is not the problem).

+ Excellent attention time.

The bad:
- It would seem that it hurts every gram and grain spending:
* Sushi 2x1 but the size is half order; This is not said is not advised anywhere or one avoid the 2x1.
* The Calpis tastes sweet and not sour what it should; It makes me think they put too little concentrate and sweet.
* Kushiague was fried in cold oil; He knows more fat and lacks most is crisp.
- 2x1 sushi has very little rice; it feels more like a strategy to sell more, not a balance of flavor.
If it really is problem profits would be easy to add 3 to 5 pesos per dish and use the resources to make this a great place, just want to tackle.
