★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La comida es deliciosa, la calidad es excelente, el servicio es HORRIBLE por eso no les doy más de 2 estrellas. Realmente parece que contratan a las personas más antipáticas y con Zero atención al cliente, espero mejoren su personal porque siempre atienden con una actitud pésima.
 The food is delicious, the quality is excellent, the service is HORRIBLE that's why I do not give them more than 2 stars. It really seems that they hire the most unfriendly people and with Zero customer service, I hope they improve their staff because they always serve with a lousy attitude.

Me dejaron esperando 7 min en el telefono mientras escuchaba que atendian a 2 personas despues de que llame... colgue y marque al otro tel y 5 min maaass atendio a otra persona y escuche despues que levanto el 1er telefono.. oseaaa 12 min de espera y 3 personas atendidas antes.. dice la chica que en persona tienen prioridad.. oseaaaa quien puso esa politica tan tonta. Muuuy mal.. en persona o x tel vamos a comprar. Perdieron un cliente muy frecuente.. 31 de enero 9.15 pm...
SUPER EVIL ATTENTION !! They left me waiting 7 min on the phone while I heard that they attended 2 people after I called ... hang up and dial the other tel and 5 min maaass answered another person and heard after I picked up the 1st phone ... I mean 12 min from wait and 3 people attended before .. says the girl who in person have priority .. oseaaaa who put that policy so silly. Too bad .. in person or x tel we are going to buy. They lost a very frequent customer .. January 31 9.15 pm ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi 2 Sushis, uno veggie y el otro monterrey roll (izq.) como se puede ver en la foto, solo es arroz y una pisca de aguacate, sin mas NI pollo, ademas el aceite con el que frien esta realmente feo, sin embargo el rollo veggie tenía muy buen sabor y bien proporcionado. lo peor es que este tipo de errores son muy dificiles de que hagan algo y que ademas te compensen, ya que te estan cobrando como si tuviera los ingredientes y calidad y te entregan puro arroz.
I ordered 2 Sushis, one veggie and the other monterrey roll (left) as you can see in the photo, it is only rice and an avocado pisca, no more NI chicken, also the oil with which they fry is really ugly, however the veggie roll had a very good flavor and well proportioned. The worst thing is that these types of errors are very difficult for them to do something and that they also compensate you, since they are charging you as if they had the ingredients and quality and they deliver pure rice.
