Dejando de lado estás malas experiencias, el lugar me parece bueno.
Está limpio y se ve ordenado.
Los guisos tienen buen sabor.
I have been unlucky enough to find bits of metallic fiber (once in a soup and the other in noodles)
Leaving aside these bad experiences, the place seems good to me.
It is clean and looks neat.
The stews taste good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La comida estaba bien, el sushi y los tallarines al igual que el yakimeshi, lo único que no me gustó fue el ramen, me decepcionó bastante pues era principalmente por lo fuí, deberían mejorarlo. Fuera de ello todo bien, los meseros son amables y atentos (solo deberían preguntar si pueden retirar los muertos antes de hacerlo).
La decoración me pareció un estilo minimalista muy bonito, sencillo y cálido.
Solo como sugerencia, hay muchos platillos de la comida oriental que son sencillos pero muy famosos, si ampliarán un poco más su repertorio creo que tendrían el restaurante más concurrido, además podrían agregar más bebidas (típicas de la cultura asiática, incluso algo de alcohol).

The food was good, the sushi and the noodles as well as the yakimeshi, the only thing I didn't like was the ramen, I was quite disappointed because it was mainly because I went, they should improve it. Outside of that all good, the servers are friendly and attentive (they should only ask if they can remove the dead before doing so).
I found the decoration to be a very nice, simple and warm minimalist style.
Just as a suggestion, there are many dishes of oriental food that are simple but very famous, if they expand their repertoire a little more I think they would have the busiest restaurant, they could also add more drinks (typical of Asian culture, even some alcohol) .
