★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No es posible que tengan a personal tan especial, meten mal las órdenes y se tiene que esperar media hora más por dos rollos porque metieron mal la comanda, personal altamente ignorante, incapaz de realizar bien su trabajo, les pagan para ser así? No son movidos, tienen bastantes clientes tanto en sucursal como en plataformas de entrega y valen para pura madre.

Te hacen dar tus datos y luego no dan lo que prometen, ni se registren, únicamente regalan sus datos… Según el chef, te lo dan en tu próxima visita y la misma app te pone que el mismo día de tu registro caduca tu “regalo de bienvenida” Adicional, su 2x1 solo aplica en 4 rollos, mejor ni pongan “promo”

Tardan mucho, no te dan lo que pides y cuando les comentas te dicen que no hay de lo que les pediste y se les acabó. Me dieron muy poco fideos a diferencia de otras ocasiones dónde todo ha estado de maravilla. Decidí ya no volver por el mal servicio. El ramen y lo demás estaba frío??

Para empezar no había nadie en la entrada y hubo que buscar mesa, ya estando adentro empezaron los no se puede como quiere el sushi porque los sushis ya están hechos (aún cuando había una nota de que podías hacer un sushi a tu gusto), solicite uno de la carta para no complicarme y resultó que sirvieron a mi compañero y 1hr después me sirvieron a mi, claro está me tocó comer sola porque no había forma de que me esperaran una hora. Creo que hay otras opciones de sushi a precio más bajo, mejor servicio, mucho mejor sabor y más accesible en cuanto a opciones. Esperaba más y me decepcionó mucho. Ni con toda el hambre que tenía me supo bien.

To begin with, there was no one at the entrance and we had to find a table, once we were inside they started saying you can't how you want the sushi because the sushi are already made (even when there was a note that you could make a sushi to your liking), ask one from the menu so as not to complicate things and it turned out that they served my partner and 1 hour later they served me, of course I had to eat alone because there was no way they would wait an hour for me. I think there are other sushi options with lower prices, better service, much better flavor and more accessible in terms of options. I expected more and was very disappointed. Even with all the hunger I had, it didn't taste good to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mira, es muy bueno comida 5 estrellas, la atención es de 4 estrellas no porque fuese mala sino que no había mucha gente y un tanto tardado pero si es bueno. lo único que no me agrada es que tienen una carta de tragos o bebidas muy lindos y llamativos pero cero alcohol. quizás son las normas de la plaza no se pero hagan un esfuerzo por tener al menos unos coktelitos. gracias
