★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fuimos en lunes y nos dijeron que el 2x1 era solo a domicilio y algunos rollos, pero a otros que llegaron después si les dieron 2x1 en el lugar.
Para empezar pedimos 2 rollos para llevar y tardaron 40 minutos, cuando casi no había gente.
Al comer los rollos fueron los peores que he probado de Sushi Itto, definitivamente tiene peor sabor y calidad que otras sucursales. Vale la pena ir a otro aunque quede más lejos.
We went on a Monday and they told us that the 2x1 was only at home and some rolls, but others who arrived later were given 2x1 on the spot.
To start we ordered 2 rolls to go and it took 40 minutes, when there were hardly any people.
Eating the rolls were the worst I've ever tasted from Sushi Itto, it definitely has worse taste and quality than other branches. It is worth going to another even if it is further away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un sushi Itto pequeño pero me sorprendió la Rapidez de la comida y la calidad es estándar de cualquier shishi Itto, un lugar casual para ir a comer con la familia, amigos o en mi caso "solo" personal atento y amable, un lugar limpio, precios siempre accesibles
A small sushi Itto but I was surprised by the speed of the food and the quality is standard of any shishi Itto, a casual place to go to eat with family, friends or in my case "just" attentive and friendly staff, a clean place, always accessible prices

Van más de 5 veces que me mandan mal el pedido , única ocupación la señorita Scarlett lo resolvió .
Pero es una sucursal con subespecies , incapaz de tomar un pedido bien .
Al final el cliente es el equivocado , no hacen absolutamente nada para mejorar siguen siendo el mismo servicio mediocre en sushi , existen mejores servicios de sushi en Cuajimalpa .
El gerente tiene pésima forma de resolver sus equivocaciones , y te hablan de manera irrespetuosa .
No pierdan el tiempo 60 min o más esperando , para que no llegue tu pedido bien .
En fin es la última vez que ordenamos sushito Cuajimalpa
Never order at home, lousy service, it's not worth it or the taste, the quality of the food much less the price.
