Historia
Sushi Itto nace de la idea de traer a México un nuevo sabor que conquiste el paladar de los mexicanos. Esta aventura inicia en 1988 con la apertura de una barra de Sushi en la Ciudad de México, que desde el principio ofreció un concepto gastronómico inspirado en la fusión de ingredientes típicos de la cocina japonesa tradicional, acompañado por una cordial, relajada e informal atmósfera, alejada de los convencionalismos de los restaurantes japoneses.
Gracias al entusiasta recibimiento por parte del público mexicano, Sushi Itto se enfocó en consentir a sus invitados a través de la creación de menús en permanente innovación con platillos inspirados en la gastronomía japonesa y el gusto occidental, que dio como resultado una equilibrada y armoniosa fusión de sabores, colores y sensaciones.
Desde entonces, la oferta de platillos, la excelencia en el servicio y la calidad de los productos, ha convertido a Sushi Itto en un referente de innovación en la industria restaurantera y pionero al ser el primer restaurante japonés en México en ofrecer servicio a domicilio.
Actualmente Sushi Itto cuenta con más de 130 unidades operando en México, Centro y Sudamérica, gracias a la consolidación y éxito de un concepto gastronómico que atrajo la atención de inversionistas que impulsaron el desarrollo de franquicias.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demasiado lenta la atención y los ingredientes de los alimentos son de otros días, no son frescos, pedí Panama Roll y el plátano estaba duro.
Platillos fritos demoran horas, en general un servicio demasiado lento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es pésimo, tardan mucho tiempo y la comida es sosa, los platos sucios y los meseros dan preferencia a otras mesas, aunque lleguen después. Los precios no son claros, el servicio de plancha da mucho que desear, pagamos porque nos bañaran de aceite y querían cobrar productos que no se pidieron.
The service is lousy, they take a long time and the food is bland, the dishes are dirty and the waiters give preference to other tables, even if they arrive later. The prices are not clear, the ironing service leaves much to be desired, we paid because they bathed us in oil and they wanted to charge for products that were not ordered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nada recomendable. No atienden a las personas conforme llegan. Todos comimos en diferentes momentos y hubo que pedir algunos platos varias veces. No había bebidas mas que refrescos y limonada artificial. Lo peor es que te llevan a la mesa y cobran comida que no pediste.
Nothing recommended. They do not attend to people as they arrive. We all ate at different times and had to order some dishes multiple times. There were no drinks other than soft drinks and artificial lemonade. The worst thing is that they take you to the table and charge for food that you did not order.

Hoy se tardaron cadi una hora en entregarme un pedido para llevar cuando me dijeron que el tiempo de espera era de 20 a 30 minutos. Pedí un tempura de verduras que venía incompleto y con un capeado de pésima calidad. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo lugar, el sabor y presentación de sus alimentos a decaído mucho, en sus rollos te ponen literal una lámina de salmón y su salsa Tampico es aún peor, parece mayonesa y el sabor es más desagradable que cómo se ve!
Terrible place, the taste and presentation of their food has gone down a lot, in their rolls they literally put a slice of salmon and their Tampico sauce is even worse, it looks like mayonnaise and the taste is more unpleasant than how it looks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No recomiendo esta sucursal para nada; nada que ver con las de otras ciudades. Llevamos más de 35 minutos esperando en la plancha y no han comenzado preparar los alimentos que pedimos ahí. No te ponen ni si quiera el servicio en la mesa, se tuvo que pedir todo (platos, servilletas, etc. )
Las bebidas por muy simples, hechas muy al ahí se va, a lo cual el mesero dijo que “no tenían agitador”.
Hay como 5 meseros atendiendo 7 mesas pero se nota que no pueden ni darse a basto.
I do not recommend this branch at all; nothing to do with those of other cities. We have been waiting for more than 35 minutes at the griddle and they have not started preparing the food we order there. They don't even put service on the table, you had to ask for everything (plates, napkins, etc.)
The drinks for very simple, made very there goes, to which the waiter said that "they did not have a stirrer."
There are like 5 waiters serving 7 tables but it shows that they cannot even be enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son muy lentos en la sucursal, hemos asistido varias veces y tardan mucho en traer los platillos, sobretodo los fritos (hoy pedí un Si se puede Roll). Además, seguido faltan ingredientes y no puedo pedir ciertas cosas porque no tienen (hoy no tenían ningún Saíko ni nada que tuviera extracto de naranja)
They are very slow at the branch, we have attended several times and they take a long time to bring the dishes, especially the fried ones (today I ordered a Si se puede Roll). Also, ingredients are often missing and I can't order certain things because they don't have them (today they didn't have any Saíko or anything with orange extract)
