Pedimos una mesa de Temppanyak, en donde nos dejaron esperando 50 minutos hasta que, después de preguntar 3 veces por el cocinero, decidimos irnos... durante esos 50 minutos, el cocinero solo atendió a otra mesa con un postre que no le llevó mas de 10 minutos cocinar..... considero que si no tienen personal suficiente para atender el teppanyaki, no abran esas mesas...
 Unfortunately the experience was not good. We asked for a Temppanyak table, where they left us waiting 50 minutes until, after asking 3 times for the cook, we decided to leave... during those 50 minutes, the cook only served another table with a dessert that did not take him longer of 10 minutes to cook..... I consider that if they don't have enough staff to take care of the teppanyaki, they don't open those tables...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen un excelente servicio y atención del personal. Pero lo único que nos gustó fue el arroz frito, el Tepanyaki de pollo que comimos estaba medio quemado y salado. Las instalaciones están bien, solo hace falta un perchero en el sanitario de mujeres para sus bolsas.
They have excellent service and attention from the staff. But the only thing we liked was the fried rice, the Chicken Teppanyaki we ate was half burnt and salty. The facilities are good, you just need a rack in the women's restroom for your bags.

Pero son muy lentos en la cocina incluso teniendo el restaurante al 10% de la capacidad.
Para entregar dos rollos simples, 40 minutos.
Por el sabor, sin quejas, es la garantía de Sushi itto, nada que decir al respecto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar está en excelentes condiciones y el servicio ni se diga, el personal es muy atento y te informa de las mesas con las que cuenta (teppanyaki o normal), además de ofrecerte cortesías como lo son agua y galletas de la suerte, la comida tiene buen sabor y es bastante rápida, fue un lapso de 20 minutos en el cual nos dieron la entrada y los platillos y tardaron 10 minutos para darnos el postre.

It's amazing that you can find high quality and yummy dishes in this restaurant. The sashimi is a must!!!!! The service is really good. I think this is the perfect place for both formal and informal dining in Mexico City.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MY GOD ! BEST JAPANESE FOOD IN MEXICO!! FOR REAL ONCE IN A LIFETIME EXPERIENCE !! Is for all ages and they are really thoughtful!! DELICIOUS IS NOT ENOUGH TO DESCRIBE THE FOOD ! SO ORIGINAL, CREATIVE!! The service is splendid !! And TIP: ask for the table with the tepanyaki iron, the food is cooked right in-front of you, and the chefs are the nicest !!
