★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nueva sucursal dentro de Puerta Tlatelolco. El restaurante es muy espacioso, limpio y tiene acabados muy agradables. El personal me pareció amable, los alimentos están muy bien preparados. Excelente experiencia para los comensales ?????❤️

Pa empezar el servicio muy malo, no nos recibieron con esas famosas toallitas para limpiar nuestras manos, la mesera se tardó 10 minutos en tomarnos la orden.
Los alimentos con buena pinta pero simples en sabor, pedimos yakimeshis y un rollo con atún que tampoco cumplió.
Tal vez por la hora (y eso no lo justifica) solo había dos meseras que no mostraban muchas ganas de estar pendientes de sus mesas.
Me arrepiento de haber pagado una cuenta que no disfrute en lo más mínimo.
Lo siento Sushi-itto pero ya no eres lo de antes.
For foolishness we went to dinner, we already knew that he would not fulfill what was expected and that was the case.
To start the service very bad, we were not received with those famous wipes to clean our hands, the waitress took 10 minutes to take the order.
Foods that look good but simple in flavor, we ordered yakimeshis and a tuna roll that did not comply either.
Perhaps for the hour (and that does not justify it) there were only two waitresses who did not show much desire to be aware of their tables.
I regret paying a bill that I don't enjoy in the least.
Sorry Sushi-itto but you are not the same as before.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre me ha atendido la misma mesera y es muy amable siempre y ya ido mejorando con el tiempo. Peeerooo el servicio es extremadamente lento no es posible esperar 40 minutos por unos rollos. En serio es súper lento el servicio aunque casi siempre está vacío.... Y esta vez fui a las tardes de sushi y súper mal hechos se deshacían, ya no dije nada por qué mis hijos ya morían de hambre pero incluso los que pedí para llevar , se deshicieron horrible y bien pequeños. Si quieren pongan su sucursal solo para envíos de apps... En serio lleven muuucho tiempo para poder comer.
I have always been served by the same waitress and she is always very friendly and has been improving over time. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia. El lugar estaba vacío y aún así nos atendieron hasta que se les dio la gana. Pedimos 3 platillos y los fueron llevando a cuenta gotas, el ramen saladísimo, el sushi era un rollo súper delgado y grasosísimo (capeado), nos racionaron la salsa de soya, la bebida que prometía traer guanabana no tenía en absoluto, encima de todo carísimo. Esta cadena de sushi va de mal en peor. No regreso jamás!
Very bad experience. The place was empty and they still waited on us until they felt like it. We ordered 3 dishes and they were brought in by the drop of a hat, the very salty ramen, the sushi was a super thin and greasy roll (weathered), they rationed the soy sauce, the drink that promised to bring guanabana was not at all, above all very expensive . This sushi chain is going from bad to worse. I will never return!

Imust admit the waiter, Enrique, was so so awesome he went over the menu explained what the dishes were like ingredients recommended some very delicious shrimp dishes and constantly checked up on us. Enrique made it a great experience thank you Enrique
