Historia
Sushi Itto nace de la idea de traer a México un nuevo sabor que conquiste el paladar de los mexicanos. Esta aventura inicia en 1988 con la apertura de una barra de Sushi en la Ciudad de México, que desde el principio ofreció un concepto gastronómico inspirado en la fusión de ingredientes típicos de la cocina japonesa tradicional, acompañado por una cordial, relajada e informal atmósfera, alejada de los convencionalismos de los restaurantes japoneses.
Gracias al entusiasta recibimiento por parte del público mexicano, Sushi Itto se enfocó en consentir a sus invitados a través de la creación de menús en permanente innovación con platillos inspirados en la gastronomía japonesa y el gusto occidental, que dio como resultado una equilibrada y armoniosa fusión de sabores, colores y sensaciones.
Desde entonces, la oferta de platillos, la excelencia en el servicio y la calidad de los productos, ha convertido a Sushi Itto en un referente de innovación en la industria restaurantera y pionero al ser el primer restaurante japonés en México en ofrecer servicio a domicilio.
Actualmente Sushi Itto cuenta con más de 130 unidades operando en México, Centro y Sudamérica, gracias a la consolidación y éxito de un concepto gastronómico que atrajo la atención de inversionistas que impulsaron el desarrollo de franquicias.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Subpair sushi. This place is a bit like an upscale Japanese mcdonalds so you won't find fresh fish. Eventhough waiters are nice and accommodating, they aren't trained in Japanese cuisine. Anyway, this place is OK if you don't have high expectations, just don't order sushi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place very clean, excellent fresh, tasty food. They have awesome Diner specials Thursday rolls are 50% Off. I tried "for japan roll" "Mau roll' and Kimochi roll (wrapped in cucumber) just delicious. Edamame and Miso are super yummy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was good, but not what you would have expected for this price range. An octopus in ramen was over cooked (was hard). Also sushi we have got was way to complex, too much cheese. It wasn’t bad experience but wasn’t good either. It was also a bit cold inside but maybe it’s just me ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the fried spaghetti noodles are not bad, but definitely not japanese food (prepared and tastes different/wierd). E.g the udon noodles are NOT udon, and the broth they used is miso soup. So strange.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The building itself is nice and once we finally got a table, the service was quick and good. The prices are reasonable, but the rolls are nothing like you would find in Japan. The sushi rice has a strange consistency. And most rolls include cream cheese which is unheard of in Japan.
