★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No lo recomiendo en lo absoluto, el tepanyaki tenía sabor extremadamente a vinagre,cuando no debe ser así, el tempura mixto no está cocinado con la harina especial,y a temperatura y profundidad adecuada,ya q el verdadero no conserva tanta grasa,este estaba super lleno de grasa,no se disfruta,el arroz debe ser solo al vapor y este tenía sabor a vinagre,pienso q es el mismo q utilizan para el sushi,es la primera vez q visitamos y no regresarían ,jamás, lo recomendaría, deberían mejorar,y también la atención al cliente son demasiado descortéses

Es, sin exageración, el peor lugar de comida japonesa que he probado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitivamente si no tienen otra opción mejor pues elijan comer ahí, el Té de Jazmín es una cosa HORRENDA, cometí el error de pedir 2 jarras del mismo, al probar la primera me queje y no pudieron solucionar nada, comenté que me cancelaran la segunda jarra y que la retiraran por lo que me dijeron que tampoco era posible hacer eso, no sé si piensan que uno está obligado a consumir cosas malas sin sabor y claro lo más importante para ellos que te las cobren, no es un lugar económico y su comida no es la mejor, sus porciones son muy raquíticas.. No lo recomendo.
Definitely if you have no better option then choose to eat there, Jasmine Tea is HORRENDA, I made the mistake of asking for 2 jugs of it, when I tried the first I complained and they could not solve anything, I commented that they canceled the second jug And that they withdraw it because of what they told me that it was not possible to do that either, I do not know if they think that one is forced to consume bad things without flavor and of course the most important thing for them that they charge you, it is not an economical place and their food It is not the best, its portions are very rare .. I do not recommend it.

Te apresura todo el tiempo y te avienta los platos, cuando apenas acabas tu comida llega y te los quita sin pedir permiso, HORRIBLE.
(Esto fue en la sucursal de Arboledas)
The food is good BUT the service is terrible, a waiter named Daniel was the most nefarious person I have dealt with in a long time.
He rushes you all the time and throws your dishes, when you barely finish your food he comes and takes them away without asking permission, HORRIBLE.
(This was at the Arboledas branch)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Creo que nunca había comido en un lugar con tan lento servicio... la mesera super apática, mal encarada, despistada, des interesada en su trabajo y en resumen, no saben dar un servicio (ni siquiera digo servicio de calidad). tampoco esperamos que se nos trate como Reyes. pero al menos sí como clientes, ? que nos atiendan cuando llegamos, una mesa a mi lado tuvo que pararse a pedir hasta la barra por que la mesera jamás atendió.
Otro más se acercó por que no atendían su pedido de bebidas y ya estaban comiendo (casi por terminar)
más de 30 minutos para traer la cuenta,
Otro punto es la publicidad engañosa en sus cartas (no creas en las imágenes que ponen, porque el platillo no se sirve así)
Por último, debo decir que la comida en sí está rica, yo comí en el lugar y pues, bien, no se como sea el servicio cuando lo mandan a domicilio.
