Y en cualquier restaurante si se pide de salmón es obvio que va por afuera ?? si no es ese caso ustedes especifiquen... Por que uno pide como siempre y derrepente les cambian el platillo argumentado tonterias para justificarse... Se aprovechan de que ni abuelita esta grande y que ella pide la comida para querer confundirla de que la pidió mal cuando yo estoy ahí escuchando como la pide...
