★ ★ ★ ★ ★ el día de hoy la cajera que estaba haciendo el corte bastante majadera, le hice el pedido y me contestó que su compañera me iba atender....por favor denle a su personal una inducción al puesto para que sepan atender. hoy es jueves y la sucursal esta vacía, entendería si fuera fin de semana y el personal se abruma, pero así el pedido de malas y lento no dan ganas de venir

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi opinión solía ser buena y la comida excelente, pero en repetidas ocasiones me he topado con detalles desagrables, aguacate echado a perder, porciones más pequeñas, personal poco atento, pero hoy se volaron la barda.
Actualmente es terrible, es caro, la charola apesta a cloro y en cuanto a la comida, la presentación es terrible, te dan retazos de pescado, y las tiras transparentes, rollos mal envueltos, se deshacen en cuanto los tocas, la Saturn ball fragmentada mal cortada, ya ni siquiera te ofrecen soya o chiles, te dan un botecito y si necesitas algo más se los tienes que pedir, ¡qué porquería! (Ahí está el antes y el después, diferencia de comida).
regresé a ver si existía alguna diferencia y la verdad es que no, te dan porciones mínimas de arroz, ni siquiera es la mitad de sus envases, sugiero que los llenen o hagan envases más pequeños, inicialmente lo llenaban de yakimeshi, luego 3/4, esta vez recibí la mitad, en cuanto al sumashi, no te dan bowl (dicen no tener, pero a algunos clientes si se los dan, he comprobado que el bowl tiene mayor capacidad que el bote desechable). Vaya forma de robar al cliente.

I went back to see if there was any difference and the truth is that no, they give you minimal portions of rice, it's not even half of their containers, I suggest they fill them or make smaller containers, initially they filled it with yakimeshi, then 3/4 , this time I received half, as for the sumashi, they don't give you a bowl (they say they don't have it, but to some customers if they give it to them, I have verified that the bowl has more capacity than the disposable canister). What a way to steal the customer.
