The first time I ordered from Sushi Roll was when I was shopping in Plaza Victoria where Sushi Roll is located. I ordered the tuna Poke bowl and it was great!. I have tried to order from Sushi Roll through Uber Eats and both times the food was terrible. So today I decided to go back in person to Sushi Roll and order the same Tuna Poke bowl, and this time is was terrible! It didn't look anything like the picture and was missing some of the ingredients. So I took it back and complained and they made it over. But what a joke! They basically just put a very few pieces of mango, and avocado and a little beets and that was it. The first time I ordered from Sushi Roll, I gave them 5 stars because the food was excellent and everything that was in the picture was in the bowl. However, since that first time, everything I've ordered has been badly made, and presented. I will never go back! Waste of money!

I waited 30 minutes for one single bowl of noodles. And then I was shocked by how small the portion is. It’s not even enough food for a little kid. Oh and they charged me 17 pesos for the hot sauce. I don’t understand why they can’t just make it spicy by adding some chili paste in the noodles. I totally felt ripped off.

Ordered the sukiyaki rib-eye to eat at the food court. Was charged an additional 10 pesos for take-away, which they finally credited. Then waited a full 50 minutes for my food, which had been packaged for take out despite the earlier discussion and was already half cold. Received a small bowl of udon noodles in broth and a cardboard container of cooked cabbage, lettuce, mushrooms (not fresh), 3 small squares of tofu, some Chinese pea pods, and the rib-eye. No onion, and though the udon noodles were good enough, they don't belong in sukiyaki. And they forgot the beverage that I paid for and had to return to collect it. Paid 239 pesos for the sukiyaki and left hungry. Really, it couldn't have been much worse if they tried. My mistake, I guess, for not ordering the sushi, but this was really bad and terribly overpriced.
