★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si piensan que shusitto, pf changs o la cadena que se imaginen saben hacer sushi no han probado el sushi underground, calidad al 100% ubicado en un lugar inusual. No abre todos los días, pero vale la pena esperar para probar una cocina propositiva que renueva sus sabores.

El dueño, David Durán "Sushiman" es no sólo un experto chef de comida japonesa sino que se ha formado y comparte su arte y su conocimiento con sus clientes. TODO en la carta es delicioso y preparado AL MOMENTO. El espacio es pequeño y hay que esperar pero vale mucho la pena. Cada uno de los platillos es extraordinario. Tiene los grandes éxitos de la cocina japonesa como rollos, yakimeshis... etc. Pero las delicias que por temporada y ocasionalmente se preparan valen muchísimo la pena. No sólo es la experiencia de la comida sino todo lo que se puede platicar y comprender del fenómeno sushi en este local. Está en el paso a desnivel de Tlalpan entre el metro viaducto y el metro xola. Si pueden probar el ceviche su vida cambiará; si logran hacerse de confianza tal vez lleguen a probar algo del "menú secreto". Sobrepasando el hecho de que sea un lugar subterráneo pequeño aquí está uno de los mejores restaurantes japoneses de la Ciudad de México. La foto está repetida, pero es una foto que yo tomé el día de la inauguración, en el otro review me parece que usaron mi foto.
This place is very special. I've known him since he opened. The owner, David Durán "Sushiman" is not only an expert Japanese food chef but he has trained and shares his art and knowledge with his clients. EVERYTHING on the menu is delicious and prepared AT THE MOMENT. The space is small and you have to wait but it is very worth it. Each of the dishes is extraordinary. It has the great successes of Japanese cuisine such as rolls, yakimeshis ... etc. But the delicacies that are seasonally and occasionally prepared are very much worth it. It is not only the experience of food but everything that can be discussed and understood about the sushi phenomenon in this place. It is on the Tlalpan overpass between the viaduct metro and the xola metro. If you can try ceviche your life will change; if they can build trust, they may even try something from the "secret menu." Going beyond the fact that it is a small underground place here is one of the best Japanese restaurants in Mexico City. The photo is repeated, but it is a photo that I took the day of the inauguration, in the other review it seems to me that they used my photo.
