★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El sabor de la comida es muy bueno, me gusta todo lo que preparan, sin embargo le puse cuatro estrellas porque en el último pedido equivocaron mi orden además de decir que podía pagar con tarjeta en mi domicilio y al entregar que siempre no se podía, no se porque no se ponen de acuerdo entre la que contesta el teléfono y el envío

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio la primera vez, que hice un pedido con ellos fue a través de una plataforma y mi pedido nunca llegó, ahora pedí por WhatsApp me dijeron de una hora a hora 20 para entregarme de la sucursal altares a la nuevo hermosillo mandé mensaje cuando ví que pasó 1 hora y 30 min y me dicen que apenas va a salir el repartidor.... Es demasiado tiempo pero en fin si lo quieren para alguna hora en específico hagan sus pedidos con dos horas de anticipación ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio te dicen 20 minutos y tardan casi la hora y eso que es para recoger no quiero imaginar si lo pidiera a domicilio, las mujeres que atiende parece que te estan asiendo un favor porque tienen un caron que atienden muy awevo

Mas de 1 hora para que sacaran mi pedido..
Llegué a tiempo y me dijeron que esperara 10 min (normal).. tengo 30 min esperando y aun no me atienden... la vez anterior me querian cobrar demás por un error de la cajera.
Actualización: pedí sushiboneless con los boneless en salsa bbq (porque mis hijas no comen picante) y quien sea que los haya hecho le puso salsa buffalo.. se dieron cuenta del error e hicieron el cambio... no estuviese mal si la salsa buffalo no hubiese bañado los sushis... ahora tengo dos mocosas enchiladas y cenando quesadillas.

More than 1 hour to get my order..
I arrived on time and they told me to wait 10 minutes (normal). I've been waiting 30 minutes and they still haven't attended me... the previous time they wanted to overcharge me because of a mistake by the cashier.
Update: I ordered sushiboneless with the boneless in bbq sauce (because my daughters don't eat spicy) and whoever made them put buffalo sauce on it...they realized the mistake and made the change...it wasn't bad if the buffalo sauce I wouldn't have bathed the sushi... now I have two bratty enchiladas and quesadillas for dinner.
