★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente variedad de rollos, con combinaciones muy mexicanas que no encontrarán en ningún otro lado, los kushiages y yakimeshis son deliciosos ya excelente precio, recomiendo el de suadero. Le falta un poco más de bebidas, ya que solo manejan fue cervezas nacionales y los cócteles aún no los tienen disponibles, pero fuera de eso, me agrado mucho el concepto

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El concepto del lugar es increíble una mezcla entre comida japonesa y mexicana tienen rollos diferentes en relación a la comida de cada uno de los estados de la república, nosotros probamos el de monterrey y nos gustó mucho también el yakimeshi de suadero nos encantó, tuvimos suerte ese día ya que fuimos atendidos por el mismo chef quien nos explicaba muy bien el concepto de cada uno de sus platillos, la verdad lo recomendamos y seguro que volveremos a este lugar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El sitio es increíble, la decoración del lugar es encantadora de piso a techo además de tener una presentación e higiene bastante notoria.
En cuanto al servicio mi experiencia fue agradable, el hombre que nos atendió fue muy respetuoso en todo momento y se mantuvo muy al pendiente de lo requerido, no pasaron más de quince minutos entre nuestra llegada y el momento en que los primeros rollos llegaban a la mesa.
Por último pero no menos importante: los productos. Sushin Gonzalez prepara sus rollos a partir del concepto de un estado de la República, estamos hablando de 32 rollitos con algo que nos recuerda a cada uno de ellos. Cada rollo cuenta con un sabor sobresaliente que se quedará en tu paladar y en tu memoria, vienen divididos en diez piezas en una presentación muy digna de ser fotografiada. Tienen diversas bebidas muy rifadas para acompañar tus comidas.

The place is incredible, the decoration of the place is charming from floor to ceiling as well as having a quite noticeable presentation and hygiene.
As for the service, my experience was pleasant, the man who attended us was very respectful at all times and was very attentive to what was required, no more than fifteen minutes passed between our arrival and the moment in which the first rolls arrived at the desk.
Last but not least: the products. Sushin Gonzalez prepares his rolls from the concept of a state of the Republic, we are talking about 32 rolls with something that reminds us of each one of them. Each roll has an outstanding flavor that will remain on your palate and in your memory, they are divided into ten pieces in a presentation that is very worthy of being photographed. They have various very raffled drinks to accompany your meals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El concepto que tienen es muy diferente a cualquier otro restaurante de sushi, los platillos están muy ricos. De tomar pedí un agua del día y me refrescó bastante, era de pepino con limón. Si pudiera le daba 1000 estrellas súper recomendado y además tiene precios súper accesibles.
The concept they have is very different from any other sushi restaurant, the dishes are very tasty. To drink I ordered a water of the day and it refreshed me a lot, it was cucumber with lemon. If I could I would give it 1000 super recommended stars and it also has super affordable prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un local bastante lindo, lleno de vida con los colores utilizados en su ilustraciones, luces led y un personal muy amable que te explica su concepto detalladamente.
Sushi nada tradicional, tienen uno por cada estado de la República y creaciones propias como el Sushi de Chilaquiles, les falta un poco más de sabor.
Pero en general muy bueno, eso si muy llenadores, tienen promoción de todos los sushis que quieras por $149 martes y miércoles.
Hay que llevar espacio para lograrlo.
A pretty nice place, full of life with the colors used in its illustrations, led lights and a very friendly staff that explains its concept in detail.
Nothing traditional sushi, they have one for each state of the Republic and their own creations like the Chilaquiles Sushi, they lack a little more flavor.
But in general very good, that is very filling, they have a promotion of all the sushi you want for $149 Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
