Aparte no tienen conocimiento y experiencia en el ramo de suspensiones,apenas comienzan a querer crecer como empresa.! Cada día que vas encuentras a alguien diferente y debes volver a explicar todo el problema para hacer valida una garantía.!!

Apart they have no knowledge and experience in the field of suspensions, they just start to want to grow as a company.! Every day that you go you find someone different and you must re-explain all the problem to make valid a guarantee. !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dejaron flojo un soporte de uno de los amortiguadores. Solicité llevarlo en sábado y la señora al teléfono me dijo que no podían recibirme porque tenían mucho trabajo. Le expliqué que tal vez sería algo muy rápido de detectar y de arreglar y que por ser garantía (trabajo ya pagado) debería de ser prioridad pero no entendió razón ni me quiso pasar al teléfono al Técnico. Opté por arreglarlo en otro taller, les llevó 15 minutos detectar el error y corregirlo.
They left loose a support of one of the shock absorbers. I asked to take it on Saturday and the lady on the phone told me that they could not receive me because they had a lot of work. I explained that maybe it would be something very quick to detect and fix and that because it was a guarantee (work already paid) it should be a priority but I did not understand the reason or wanted to go to the Technician. I opted to fix it in another workshop, it took them 15 minutes to detect the error and correct it.
