★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a este lugar por las calificaciones que le dan, pero me imagino que son los familiares los que hicieron las recomendaciones, en específico está sucursal tiene mala atención, desde su encargado que no tiene sentido de atención y solo indica que el solo trabaja ahí y que ni siquiera pertenece a esa sucursal y que el no puede dar atención por que le faltan mecánicos, hasta el mismo mecánico que solo busca pretextos para decir que siempre está ocupado, hoy fui por unos trabajos que ellos dejaron pendientes; la primera vez no fue mucho mejor la experiencia, el encargado aún con cita desde las 9, me atendió hasta las 11, indicando que no había llegado su mecánico, me entregaron el auto hasta las 17:00 y se suponía era solo un par de horas y me lo dejaron con trabajos pendientes, motivo por el cual tuve que regresar y pues lo esperado, una seguida y continua mala experiencia, desafortunadamente tengo que regresar con ellos para que termine lo que empezaron.
I went to this place because of the qualifications they give it, but I imagine that it is the relatives who made the recommendations, specifically this branch has poor attention, from its manager who has no sense of attention and only indicates that he only works there and that he does not even belong to that branch and that he cannot pay attention because he lacks mechanics, even the same mechanic who only looks for excuses to say that he is always busy, today I went for some jobs that they left pending; The first time the experience was not much better, the manager still with an appointment from 9 o'clock, he attended me until 11 o'clock, indicating that his mechanic had not arrived, they gave me the car until 5:00 p.m. and it was supposed to be only a couple of hours and they left me with pending work, which is why I had to return and well, what was expected, a followed and continuous bad experience, unfortunately I have to return with them to finish what they started.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio, acudi el sabado, y no quisieron atenderme, "estaban ocupados" simplemente dijeron eso, no te dan alternativas de volver al rato, hacer una cita, dare un tiempo estimado de espera, nada, para no volver con ellos, pesimos en atencion al cliente.
