★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve mi auto y como no tenían el scanner, forzaron y lastimaron la pieza. Me engañaron que era una pieza errónea. Aparte me cobraron.
Por favor no lleven autos últimos modelos, no los saben trabajar.
I took my car and since they didn't have the scanner, they forced and damaged the part. They tricked me that it was a wrong piece. Besides they charged me.
Please do not take late model cars, you do not know how to work them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio de primera fue bueno, pero al querer llevarlo a garantía por detalle, un nuevo "maestro" me recibió y solo dio largas y cuando vio el detalle dijo que era normal siendo que el carro anteriormente no tenia el detalle. Me aventuré a llevarlo por segunda ocasión, el mismo día que la semana previa (viernes) y me atendió el maestro que se encargó del servicio, lo revisó y metió nuevamente mi carro a la plataforma de alineación solucionando el detalle. Mi recomendación es que vayan entre semana que es cuando hay menos gente.
The first class service was good, but wanting to take it under warranty for detail, a new "teacher" received me and just waited and when he saw the detail he said it was normal since the car previously did not have the detail. I ventured to take it for the second time, the same day as the previous week (Friday) and the teacher who was in charge of the service attended me, reviewed it and put my car back on the alignment platform, solving the detail. My recommendation is that they go during the week, which is when there are fewer people.
