Terrible service, very low quality parts, they do not solve the problem after having generated it with their low quality parts and they do not give preference to the client after having given a service of very, very poor quality ..... I do not recommend this place ..... I will never buy there again and less to service my car ....

At first everything was fine, I did tuning, balancing and changing my car oil, with the days I realized that it smelled like oil I thought it was normal since the service had been done, keep my car at home for vacations and when I returned I still smelled like oil, it was strange now and I checked the engine and didn't bring the bayonet and the engine full of oil, I called them, I sent WhatsApp, I wrote email on their website and they never answered, I went straight and they didn't accept their mistake Putting thousands of excuses and now to top it off I can't find my bayonet model and I'll have to order it online.

Very bad they tell you that they give you your car at a certain time and it takes longer, they give you everything full of fat (steering wheel and clothes) they told me it was the rear bearing and it was not even the broken part they teach you zero attention do not go, you will have a very bad taste in your mouth

Good and fast attention in the quotes, also very effective in the installation of shock absorbers, in an hour they gave me my car. I don't give it 5 stars because when the car was handed over, the grease-stained key, inside there were also spots on the door lining, gear lever and the stereo; Also, note that the weather had turned it on (I don't know why), cleanliness is a letter of introduction and for some clients it is vital more these days.

My car was not making noises, but I changed brake pads and shock absorbers with them and pure battle ... I had to go back 3 more times to try to solve problems, and change parts that were not damaged and that they attributed the noises ...

Terrible service! I even asked for a price for suspension and installation, they offered a diagnosis and review at a cost of 100 pesos, ok. They check it, they tell you it's $$$ for parts and labor, ok. Until then it was just that! all good until they delivered the car at the door of the place, ready boss! We left, immediately realizing the turns of the steering wheel, they were not right! They did it wrong, we called immediately and they didn't answer, they closed, another day we went back 2 hours to close and they said they didn't have time, they throw the ball between the owner and his employees. According to what they give a 2-year guarantee and he only said, bring it early because this is taking so long... His car was already in bad shape, and why didn't he say it before he got his hands on it??? No!!, better to consume and screw the client, I already get paid!!... We went to a mechanic, (another expense) and in fact he told us that the service was poorly done, they even broke some packaging and forced , you can see the blows that were scored... I'm not coming back!! And of course I do not recommend it! I don't doubt that they gave someone good service, that's why they are there, but terrible to resolve an issue like this! It doesn't take anything away from recognizing that they did it wrong and doing it right again!!
