★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio, hoy fui a recoger un pastel y una de las empleadas me tenía afuera con tremendo sol, entiendo perfectamente la sana distancia, sin embargo había tres empleadas y una sola cliente, la señora estaba tardando porque estaba indecisa, para qué tanta empleada si van a dejar a los clientes esperando en la banqueta, mínimo se sale una empleada a la banqueta para cumplir con el número de personas adentro del local, por suerte había un Pastello a 2 cuadras y otro mundo en atención al cliente, felicidades Pastello
Very bad service, today I went to pick up a cake and one of the employees had me outside with tremendous sun, I perfectly understand the healthy distance, however there were three employees and only one client, the lady was taking time because she was undecided, why so much employee If they are going to leave customers waiting on the sidewalk, at least one employee comes out to the sidewalk to meet the number of people inside the premises, luckily there was a Pastello 2 blocks away and another world in customer service, congratulations Pastello

Pero ya no había pasteles, faltó surtidos en un día especial, lo digo xq se debieron preparar para un día así.
