Pesimo servicio de parte de un muchacho que esta atendiendo siempre de mal humor nada amable. Yo vivo a una cuadra y prefiero ir a otras sucursales.

Hoy Día de las madres tuvimos una mala experiencia con esta sucursal y creo que las 10 personas que nos regresaron en ese momentotambién. Y no quiero mencionar las demás personas que no me tocó presenciar. Un empleado de rasgos semi orientales, en eso de las casi 2 pm, ni si quiera me dejó entrar. Habré la puerta y se atraviesa diciendo que no hay pago con tarjeta y si era en efectivo tendría que ser exact9 por que no tenía feria. Y si no tenia exacto era mejor que no entrara. Sin saber qué pastel queria. Tenia a las 2 de la tarde a la vente afuera con el sol a todo lo que daba. Ovbio nos fuimos todos a buscar por otro lado. Yo como dueño de esa sucursal o encargado mínimo por sentido común si sé que es un día especial que representa altas ventas en el año me organizo con tiempo y entiendo que hay imprevistos técnicos como que falle una terminal, pero que a las 2 de la tarde no tengas feria yo creo que no excusa. El prefirió no vender por no ir á buscar feria y regresar a toda la gente. Si a mi me da una excusa un gerente como esta yo sin pensarla tomo medidas. Y no es por poner el dedo peri yo vi las cosas como empresario y no como cliente . Sus pasteles son riquísimos, pero si hay personas que te cierran las puertas, mejor uno de calidad media pero que saque del apuro.

He preferred not to sell because he did not go to find a fair and return to all the people. If a manager like this gives me an excuse, without thinking about it, I take action. And it is not by putting the finger but I saw things as an entrepreneur and not as a client. Their cakes are delicious, but if there are people who close the doors for you, better one of medium quality but that will get you out of trouble.
