★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buenos, precios standar, variedad en sabores y decoración. Se pueden pedir a domicilio y para existencia necesitas reservar con tiempo. Hacen pedidos especiales para fiestas de cumpleaños, etc. Tiene estacionamiento (no muy amplio). Está al lado de varias plazas comerciales. El servicio es regular aunque generalmente bueno. Lo malo sería que en ocasiones hay pasteles de varios días atrás (no frescos).

1.- Llegué a comprar una rebanada al 2x1 ya que había un anuncio en la ventana que decia "rebanadas 2x1" al entrar y comprar lo primero que me dicen es que ya no está vigente el 2x1. Sugerí que retiraran el anuncio engañoso
2.- Compré una rebanada de vainilla, ya que es mi sabor de preferencia y al llegar a mi casa, lo probé y estaba AGRIO.
3.- Regresé a la sucursal para hacer el cambio pero ya no había más opciones ( solo de sabor chocolate, el de vainilla estaba AGRIO) y la verdad no me gusta.. Lo que me sorprendió es que por políticas de la empresa no te dan reembolso y tampoco puedes cambiar tu producto (en mal estado) por otro producto.
4.- Opté por no alegar y llevé una rebanada de chocolate (para regalar) y decidí comprar un CheeseCake individual para matar el antojo que tenía..
5.- al llegar a mi casa abro mi postre y la parte de abajo (brownie) sabía a refrigerador(asqueroso).
6 - Perdí tiempo, dinero y gasolina. Suspiros ganó $90 pesos y perdió un cliente y también mis amigos y familia que me apoyan .. Jamás regresaremos a ese lugar

1.- I got to buy a slice at 2x1 since there was an ad in the window that said "2x1 slices" when I went in and bought the first thing they tell me is that 2x1 is no longer valid. I suggested they remove the misleading ad
2.- I bought a slice of vanilla, since it is my flavor of preference and when I got home, I tried it and it was SOUR.
3.- I went back to the branch to make the change but there were no more options (only the chocolate flavor, the vanilla flavor was sour) and I really don't like it. What surprised me is that due to company policies you don't They give a refund and you cannot exchange your product (in bad condition) for another product.
4.- I chose not to plead and took a slice of chocolate (to give away) and decided to buy an individual CheeseCake to kill the craving I had.
5.- When I got home I open my dessert and the bottom part (brownie) tasted like a refrigerator (disgusting).
6 - I lost time, money and gas. Suspiros won $ 90 pesos and lost a client and also my friends and family who support me .. We will never return to that place
