Compré un pastel y estando aún en la sucursal quise cambiarlo por otro, (ya que no se puede entrar a la sucursal por la medidas de prevención del covid y está perfecto, pero no sé puede apreciar de igual manera que al verlo, el pago se tomó antes de tenerlo a la vista) tenía 30seg de haberlo adquirido y no sé acepto el cambio. Entiendo que cuando el cliente lo lleva a casa el producto se vale manejar medidas estrictas por desconocer que se pudo haber hecho con el producto, pero no cambiarlo solo porque ya se marcó como salida
Es ilógico y falta de sentido común. Esto es en sucursal Avenida del Nino
Terrible service and lack of common sense. I bought a cake and while still in the branch I wanted to exchange it for another, (since you cannot enter the branch due to the covid prevention measures and it is perfect, but I do not know how to appreciate it in the same way that when you see it, the payment is took before having it in sight) I had 30sec of having acquired it and I do not know I accept the change. I understand that when the client takes the product home, it is worth handling strict measures because they do not know what could have been done with the product, but not change it just because it has already been marked as output
It is illogical and lacking in common sense. This is at the Avenida del Nino branch

El servicio a el cliente tambien esta empeorando.
The taste does not change but the prices keep going up and the sizes are not the same.
Customer service is also getting worse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como toda pastelería suspiros, no descepciona, excepto el cheesecake de 75 pesos que es del tamaño de un cupcake, no empalaga ni harta como otros que he probado, pero se me hace más para un detalle en vez de chocolates de enamorado que como para degustar de postre. A menos que esté hecho para gente no tragona y sea en realidad una porción para dos jajaja.
Si quieres atragantarte con un cheesecake como gorda o despechada con el corazón roto, por el precio y porción mejor comprate uno del soriana o HEB. No tienen la misma textura, obviamente, pero el sabor es casi idéntico.
Like all pastry sighs, it is not disappointing, except for the 75 peso cheesecake which is the size of a cupcake, it is not cloying or fed up like others I have tried, but I find it more for a detail instead of love chocolates than to taste for dessert. Unless it's made for non-greedy people and is actually a serving for two hahaha.
If you want to choke on a cheesecake like fat or heartbroken, for the price and portion, better buy one from Soriana or HEB. They don't have the same texture, obviously, but the taste is almost identical.
