Estoy muy desepcionada, esperé mucho tiempo para comprar un pastel y esté siempre había sido mi favorito porque tenía tanta leche que se escurría y ahora ni parece de 3 leches ??? U	Uriel Reyes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me quede muy decepcionado, pedi un pastel con anticipacion y quise posponerlo 2 dias antes de la fecha de entrega por enfermedad de covid, el pastel era con decoración para la fiesta infantil de mi hijo y me comentaron que ya no se podia ni posponer ni cancelar por que los pasteles se preparan con 72 horas de anticipacion, imaginense, uno piensa que compra un pastel fresco y resulta que ya tiene 3 dias, ademas les comente que el pastel era para 20 personas, que comprendieran que era causa de fuerza mayor, pero no quisieron, pedi hablar con el gerente y no me quiso ni aceptar una llamada, que poca empatia demostraron, ahora 3 dias despues de que recogi el pastel me queda mas de medio pastel en el refri. Suspiros, dense cuenta que ustedes no venden pasteles, ustedes venden experiencias, y en este caso nos hicieron pasar un amargo momento pues ahora hay que gastar otros 750 pesos en otro pastel, la verdad no estan nada economicos como para que se pongan en ese plan. El sabor de sus pasteles normalmente es muy bueno pero no recomendaria nada!!! comprar en esta tienda por las pocas atenciones que se dan. Pero oh que desilusión, compre una rebanada de "carajillo" pero no sabe a ningún carajillo, el pan aguado, sin sabor,sabia a agua con azúcar, empalagoso con ganas. Si quiere un punto de comparación, por el Precio se compran uno de antares quizá de la mitad del tamaño pero eso si delicioso, también he comprado de aurrera y lo que sea de cada quien por el precio y el sabor son superiores. No se si sea la sucursal pero la atención a clientes da que desear y la calidad de los productos, me dejaron sin ganas de volver.
