★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen servicio. Pero tienen tanta gente que de pronto hay que esperar mucho. Habia cosas fuera de lugar y basura en algunos mostradores. Supongo que por lo mismo que están tan ocupados. Pero son detalles importantes que como cliente me gustaria que cuidaran.
 Great service. But they have so many people that suddenly you have to wait a lot. There were things out of place and trash on some counters. I guess for the same reason they are so busy. But they are important details that as a client I would like them to take care of.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuando hable para hacer cita pregunte que tipo de maquillaje usaban y me dijeron que atelier y accedi... llegando si nos atendieron rapido pero no eran personas profesionales no usaron ningun primer ni nada el maquillaje no era atelier las sombras y delineado pues mas o menos no me sellaron el maquillaje al final el delineado no sabia hacerlo muy amables y todo pero no tienen experiencia mucha gente y espero que no se me caiga el maquillaje
When I spoke to make an appointment ask what kind of makeup they used and they told me that atelier and accedi ... arriving if they treated us quickly but they were not professionals did not use any primer or anything the makeup was not atelier the shades and delineated because more or less I did not seal the makeup at the end the outlined did not know how to make it very kind and everything but not many people experience and I hope that I do not fall makeup

Lo que no me gusto es que te cobran muy caro sin explicar los montos.
En un salón normal te sale lo normal en las mismas condiciones.
Me tiraban mucho el pelo, no eran cuidadosos.

El lavado del cabello perfecto, muy amables en preguntarme la temperatura del agua que deseaba. El secado excepcional, en ningún momento sentí que me maltrataron el cabello con extremo calor de la secadora. En todo tiempo manejaron mi cabellera con suma delicadeza. Al momento del corte Marcela presta total atención al pedido del cliente y lo respeta al máximo, está mujer sí sabe lo que hace! Excedieron mis expectativas. Yo salí de allí en las nubes...Gracias por hacer de mi auto-regalo de cumple uno muy especial. ??
I 100% recommend this salon. Excellent service from all the staff. Marcela took the time to explain in detail the treatments that my daughter and I request. The perfect hair wash, very kind to ask me the temperature of the water I wanted. The exceptional drying, at no time did I feel that my hair was mistreated with extreme heat from the dryer. At all times they handled my hair with great delicacy. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le dejaron el cabello horriblemente enredado a mi novia y cobraron más de lo acordado. Ella pensó que habían hecho un buen trabajo al realizarse un secado para una boda que fuimos y al regresar del evento y prepararse para dormir se dio cuenta que le dejaron este enredo y se lo ocultaron con las capas del cabello.
They left my girlfriend's hair horribly tangled and charged more than agreed. She thought they had done a good job getting a blow dry for a wedding we went to and upon returning from the event and getting ready for bed she realized they left this tangle on her and hid it with the layers of her hair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marcella is an AMAZING hairdresser; she is very professional and can advise like no other. She really listens to your needs and wishes. The service was excellent (I got the best scalp massage I ever had!), and I was happy that Marcella spoke English and understood my wishes so well. There is truly nothing wrong to say about this shop. I will be back soon!
