Hice un pedido de ramo para novia, cuando fui a recogerlo me entregaron un ramo sucio que no se cuantos días llevaba hecho porque las flores estaban en mal estado, lo pero es que la persona que nos atendió al principio nos dijo “les aseguro que les va a gustar, tiene garantía, si no te gusta el día que vengas no te lo llevas" y cuál va siendo la sorpresa que el día de la entrega no estaba ninguna de las personas que inicialmente me habían atendido. Además de que los ramos no contaban con la cantidad de flores que había prometido al momento del pedido, PÉSIMA EXPERIENCIA Y PEOR SERVICIO, comparto fotos de lo que me entregaron y lo que yo había solicitado.
