★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son déspotas cuando va uno hasta te salen con su "Ashh" mejor revisen su personal que para eso están para atender al cliente y si no les gusta que mejor se salgan de ahí y le den su lugar a personas que si trabajen bien no por ser de Metepec se crean la gran cosa. Lastima por Susuki personas como estas queman su imagen.
 They are despots when you go, they even leave you with their "Ashh". Better check their staff. That's what they are for to serve the customer and if they don't like it, they better get out of there and give their place to people who do work well not because they are Metepec created the great thing. Too bad for Susuki people like this burn his image.

Sellers are pretty good, they take the time to explain quotes and models to you. I recommend asking for Hector. It shows when they like their work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevé mi moto a servicio, le metieron aceite usado, bujías de otra moto más pequeña, me querían cobrar la llanta delantera la triple, no tuvieron las refacciones necesarias y encima de todo me la dejaron fallando, cuando mi moto estaba en perfectas condiciones, solo necesitaba el servicio. Pésimo servicio y atención.
I took my motorcycle to service, they put used oil, spark plugs from another smaller motorcycle, they wanted to charge me the triple front tire, they did not have the necessary spare parts and above all they left me failing, when my motorcycle was in perfect condition, just I needed the service. Terrible service and attention.
