Y el servicio post ventas es regular, ya que al ser una distribuidora no solo realizan servicios a motos de su marca, si no en general. Entregar las motos limpias también es un mantenimiento preventivo y sería un plus para la distribuidora que lo hicieran It is impossible to give good service to everyone. R	Rubén Nerio Resendíz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, te arreglan tu moto sin consultar antes si puede cambiar pieezas originales por genéricas. Además te cortan cables dejándolos mal aislados. Por pequeño que sea el trabajo deberían brindar detalles como pruebas que realizaron, y no estaría de más un formulario que respalde su decisión del porque cambiar piezas. Me hicieron el cambio de un estator genérico y empalmando cables mal aislados, pudiendo usar soldadura y conectores para unir los circuitos. Según ellos era la causa de que no diera chispa y el problema sigue persistiendo. Cuando regrese a pedir mi revisaran la moto por qué seguía fallando solo arruinaron la moto para que se llenará de polvo. Trabajan muy sucio, y son malechos mejor lleven su moto a algún otro taller que sean más transparentes con su trabajo. Para lo que cobran trabajan muy sucio y mal. But you have a new bike or if you love your ride and want to protect it from wanton incompetence then STAY AWAY. They managed to screw up something as simple as an oil change. Not only did they add too much new oil but the bike now makes a sound that I'm going to have to find a reputable dealer to investigate. The mechanic (owner? boss?) tried to tell me that too much oil is not a bad thing, but when I insisted he actually had a helper lean the bike over so that the gauge now read below FULL. I wish I weren't kidding. Then he drained the oil into a dirty pan and would only use new oil when I said I'd pay for it. What's more he would have over filled it again if I hadn't been standing there to stop him. Foolish me assumed that because they are a authorized Suzuki dealer they'd have had some training. Big mistake. I only wish, besides that I'd never gone to them in the first place, is that I could review them in Spanish as well.
