★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es deficiente, no se preocupan por el cliente, yo llevé una burgman 125 el viernes 18 de marzo del año en curso y me la entregaron hasta el viernes 25 de marzo, previo a ello les llamé el martes, miércoles y jueves y en todas las llamadas me dijeron que mi motoneta aún no la terminaban, el día jueves quedaron formalmente de llamarme en cuanto terminarán para recogerla y no me llamaron, fue hasta el viernes a medio día cuando recibí dicha llamada informándome que mi moto ya había quedado lista. En conclusión servicio y tiempos deficientes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una lástima que siendo una marca tan buena no preste el servicio adecuado, esto es en la sucursal Xochimilco, para atender parece que les vas a pedir regalado, aún no comprendo porque tiene en su calificación tantas estrellas, en cuestión de tiempo de entrega son muy tardados, y te comunicas por teléfono y se dan el lujo de no resolver tu pedido y te cuelgan y otra vez tienes que marcar, sin en cambio vallan a la sucursal de patriotismo y no negarán la gran diferencia.
