Buscaba la batería así tal cual me la marca el manual y me dieron una diferente que según era la misma pero con diferente presentación. Mejor en otro lugar externo con solo verla me dijeron modelo y especificaciones sin necesidad de leer. Muy mal servicio

Tuve la desgracia de chocar mi unidad a un mes de haberla comprado y el servicio que me brindaron en la agencia fue pésimo y descuidado, desde el mes de octubre hasta finales del mes de mayo del 2022, es entrar y salir, una y otra vez, por detalles generados no en el choque, sino por la falta de profesionalismo del personal que debería reparar la unidad. Vestiduras quemadas, tapices manchados,
pésimo trabajo de pintura, empaques mal colocados, molduras rotas y hasta la tapa de la gasolina me despostillaron. Lo único que saben decir es disculpe, como si eso solucionará el problema. Ni el gerente puede ayudar, pues te da una fecha de entrega y queda muy formal y después con facilidad te dicen que siempre hoy no hay entrega que por una cosa y otra, tu unidad no está lista y entonces de qué sirve la pabra que compromete. Estoy muy decepcionada de mi compra me arrepiento de haber cambiado la marca anterior para probar con Suzuki ?
Suzuki Coacalco is definitely the worst option. lousy paint job, poorly placed gaskets, broken trim and even chipped gas cap. The only thing they know how to say is excuse me, as if that will solve the problem. Not even the manager can help, because he gives you a delivery date and it is very formal and then they easily tell you that there is always no delivery today that for one thing and another, your unit is not ready and then what is the use of the word that commits . I am very disappointed in my purchase, I regret having changed the previous brand to try Suzuki ?

Prometió una unidad en 20 días, y pasaron 5 meses y no cumplió. El gerente de la agencia es igual de irresponsable y mentiroso
