Their parts store doesn't have many parts for their own motorcycles, and sometimes they look for original parts and only sell generic ones.

Pero cuando buscas en específico algún tornillo o pieza en especial, siempre te piden la muestra de la refacción/tornillo que ya no tienes, y eso te hace ir a buscar en otras refaccionarias donde sí tienen lo que específicamente buscas.
In terms of assortment of accessories and basic spare parts and Mechanical Service very well. But when you are looking specifically for a particular screw or part, they always ask you for a sample of the spare part / screw that you no longer have, and that makes you look at other spare parts stores where they do have what you are specifically looking for.
