Brindan buena atención y amabilidad pero 2 veces que he llevado mi vehículo a servicio; tuve problemas con las llantas, la primera vez tronó una llanta al salir a carretera posterior a que la revisión fue con el objetivo de preparar la camioneta para salir fuera y la segunda vez una llanta traía una pieza (objeto metálico) clavada, por lo que se deduce que no verifican bien al realizar mantenimiento y/o entregar el vehículo al usuario.
They provide good attention and kindness but 2 times that I have taken my vehicle to service; I had problems with the tires, the first time a tire blew when going out on the road after the revision was with the objective of preparing the truck to go out and the second time a tire had a piece (metallic object) nailed, so it follows that they do not check properly when performing maintenance and/or delivering the vehicle to the user.

Tuve una muy mala experiencia, lleve mi auto a mantenimiento de los 60 mil km, se tardaron bastante en entregármelo, me ofrecieron un servicio que no necesitaba para eliminar un ruido en el motor, el auto sigue igual, bueno perdieron un cliente, regresaré próximante a Toyota, venderé mi auto zusuki, deben mejorar sin duda su atención y servicio a cliente si no quieren seguir perdiendo clientes.

Creo que les falta mejorar la atención al cliente. Las veces que he asistido a mantenimiento tardan mucho en atenderme, si no es porque el personal llega tarde es porque están ocupados en otra cosa.
I think they need to improve customer service. The times that I have attended maintenance they take a long time to attend to me, if it is not because the staff is late it is because they are busy with something else.

Pésimo servicio y experiencia, primero dañaron mi unidad con una rampa hidráulica pero no me dijeron del daño hasta que me di cuenta y les reclamé, posteriormente se hicieron responsables del daño y dos semanas después de la reparación me entregan el auto ahora con el vidrio roto. Van a perder mucho tiempo en caso de tener problemas en su servicio.
Terrible service and experience, first they damaged my unit with a hydraulic ramp but they did not tell me about the damage until I realized it and complained to them, later they were responsible for the damage and two weeks after the repair they give me the car now with the broken glass . They will waste a lot of time in case of problems in their service.
